Club Runs
Dukinfield Rides meet outside Dukinfield Town Hall. The earliest riders arrive around 8:50 for a prompt set off at 9am. Expect to get back noon to 1pm.
Hazel Grove Rides usually meet at the Car Park behind the Rising Sun pub on the A6/A523 junction. Occasionally the ride meets at Hyde Market Place when going towards Yorkshire, these are listed in the calendar below. Riders meet to set off around 9:30 – 9:45. Expect to be back around 4pm – 5pm.
Once again we have the Cycling Track in Ashton on Monday nights. The routine here is that we have the second and fourth Mondays of the month (March-Oct) – so should be easy to remember when they are!
We have now started using the Stack Team App as a means of publishing details of club rides and other events such as races, sportives, audax, gravel rides or purely social events which may be of interest to other club members. On all the rides/events please can you register you attendence on the App so we know how many riders to expect. Also please fill in your emergency contact details so that the ride leader can contact them in the event of an emergency
If you haven’t yet joined up then firstly, you just need to download the Stack Team App on your phone, search for Dukinfield CC and request to join.
If you are regularly riding we strongly recommend you join Cycling UK to benefit from their third party insurance along with many other member benefits

This ride would be ideal for any new members wanting to join their 1st ride or members just wanting an easy ride. | 27th April 2025 | Goostrey Village Hall (CW4 8PE) | Interclub TT Inter club 10 mile time trial with our friends from Withington Wheelers and Stretford Wheelers. Headquarters is Goostrey village hall which will be open from 9am and has ample car parking. All riders to sign on before the start and sign out after the finish at the HQ. First rider off at 10am. The course is based on 2 laps of a 5 mile circuit starting and finishing in Lower Withington. The format for the event is that the aggregrate time of the first 3 riders from each club shall be the winning club. In addition the fastest rider from The Duks will win the Gerry Shields Trophy. This is also an ideal introductory event for any novice riders wishing to sample time trialling on the road.
