2018 Club 10 Mile Time Trial – 16th September

This year we are using a new course!  This will also be a feature in Cycling Weekly.

We will meet at Hyde Town Hall with a prompt depart at 8:15, calling at Hazel Grove on the way with depart at 9:00.

The first start is scheduled for 11:00.

Headquarters

Siddington Village Hall, Congleton Road, Macclesfield, SK11 9JR (just north of Redesmere Lane, Siddington, on the A34).

Course

Start at the entrance to the industrial units on the B5392 Salters Lane.

At 1.7m Turn left onto Trap Street at ‘Withington triangle’

Follow Trap Street/Giant Wood Lane and at 6m (Hulme Walfield) turn left onto Smithy Lane.

At the end of Smithy Lane turn left onto the A34.

Finish just before left turn B5392 on the A34.

2018 Hill Climb – 7th October

Once again we will have an Inter-club Hill Climb.  Similar to recent years kindly hosted and organised by Cheshire Roads Club.  More details on timings shortly.
