Each weeks club runs are set by the club captain, take place on a Sunday and usually start at 9:30. The 'A' runs usualy cover around 60 miles if the ride is hilly or 70 miles if we are on the flat, with a stop at a cafe for lunch. We usually ride at around 16-17mph on the flat so its a good steady pace but not a 'training ride' pace. Expect to be back home at around 4pm
The 'B' run is generally attended by the more senior members of the club (Think 'Last of the summer wine' on bikes). The 'B' runs are usually on the flat (Cheshire) and ride at about 14-15mph
